David Gilmour

Made for school where we had to pick our muse and draw him/her/it. I chose David Gilmour cause he's always been an inspiration to me as a guitar player. The emotion he can put into a solo is just incredible.

I drew him floating in the sky because his solos are always really dreamy, and you kinda feel like floating when you close your eyes and listen to his solos. Plus, he's a pilot, so it makes sense.

In the end I think I could've done better, but it's decent enough to upload. Used a picture as reference for his face, rest was conjured outta thin air.

Markers, fineliners, pencils, pastels. Added a minor glow in Photoshop to the sun.
